Delta Group is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Certificate III in Business Trainee to join our busy team located in the Latrobe Valley.
The opportunity
This full-time traineeship combines practical, on-the-job training with structured study, providing the foundational skills needed for success in any industry. Over the 12-month program, you will be mentored by industry professionals and gain exposure to a wide range of business operations.
Key responsibilities and learning areas
You will develop a versatile skill set applicable across various sectors, including:
- Administration & Organisation: Manage schedules, organise meetings, and produce professional business documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
- Communication & Teamwork: Enhance your written and verbal communication skills, work effectively in a team, and apply critical thinking to solve workplace problems
- Customer Service: Deliver and monitor excellent service to customers and effectively process complaints
- Technology: Become proficient in a range of business software applications and digital technologies
- Workplace Safety & Wellbeing: Understand and assist with maintaining workplace health and safety and support personal wellbeing initiatives
- Financial Processes: Gain basic knowledge of processing financial transactions and maintaining records
